Successful Home Renovation Project In Matakatia Rodney

Here is a recently completed full home renovation in Matakatia, Whangaparaoa that we are very proud of. Everything from the home exterior to the bathroom, kitchen and bedrooms was redone. This is what you call a full home makeover.

Let’s start with the exterior. For this home the owner wanted something a little different, so we decided to open up the whole side of the house to create an open living area that was one with the outdoors. Imagine having dinner there on a warm summer evening with a cool breeze whisping through!

Next is the interior, with a crisp white chosen as the base to give the home a light, summery feel. Each room then had it’s color theme hand-picked, to give each one a unique feel and experience when you go from one to the next. The kitchen also got a complete overhaul, sticking to the white theme.

Each bedroom got it’s own color scheme, that, while fitting with the rest of the house, gives each room it’s own individual flare.

The bathroom also got a complete do-over, with new tiling and all new bathroomware.

The owners were extremely happy with their new home and we are proud of the work our Rodney Renovations Team did.
