Step 2: Business insight‍

Next comes a deeper dive into how the business works. You’ll sign a confidentiality agreement and then meet with us for an introductory session. During this stage, we’ll show you a model demonstration of how MTP operates and walk you through our systems - from quoting to Xero - so you can see how the pieces fit together. You’ll also receive a draft licence agreement to review, giving you plenty of time to consider the details.

Step 3: Legal paperwork‍

Once you’re feeling confident, you’ll spend half or a full day at our head office in Auckland to get a true feel for the business. This is the time to ask questions, clarify any details, and bring in your lawyer or accountant for professional advice. We want you to be fully informed and comfortable before moving forward, so this stage is all about open conversations and due diligence.
