The team behind your renovation.
Construction has been part of Dean's life for as long as he can remember. Long before it became his career, he was helping his dad on building sites, learning that your word matters, hard work pays off, and if you're going to do a job, do it properly. Thirty years later, those values still guide everything he does.
A qualified cabinetmaker by trade, Dean has worked across just about every corner of the construction industry. From commercial fit outs and flooring through to high end renovations, maintenance projects and full home transformations, he brings decades of hands-on experience and practical knowledge to every project.
If you asked the people who know him best, they'd describe Dean as straight up, honest and practical. He's not one to sugar coat things or tell people what they want to hear. He'd rather have an honest conversation from the start, even if it's not the easiest one, because that's how trust is built. If Dean says he'll do something, he'll do everything he can to make it happen.
Outside of work, Dean is happiest out on the water chasing fish, hitting the mountain bike trails, or spending time with his wife Aimee and their two children, Anna and Cooper. He enjoys meeting new people, hearing their stories and helping turn ideas into something they're genuinely proud of.
Dean believes life's too short for shortcuts, excuses or unnecessary drama. Work hard, be honest, treat people well and always leave things better than you found them. That's not just how he approaches construction, it's how he approaches life.
Karla is the one who keeps the wheels turning behind the scenes. If something needs organising, coordinating or following up, chances are she's already onto it.
She loves bringing order to the chaos, keeping clients in the loop and making sure every project keeps moving in the right direction. Friendly, approachable and incredibly organised, Karla is often the first point of contact for our clients and plays a huge part in making every renovation run as smoothly as possible.
When she's not keeping the team on track, you'll usually find her spending time with family and friends, planning her next adventure, or enjoying a well-earned coffee.

Meet Sarah! With over 34 years of experience in accounts and a unique background in plumbing, she's an invaluable member of our team.
Her expertise helps keep our financial data in check. She loves the variety and the range of projects spanning different fields, where no two days are alike.
Outside of the office, Sarah enjoys catching up with friends and family, and you might even find her painting her next masterpiece. We're so lucky to have her on board!
