Kellie & Shane Mclean

Kellie has worked in a number project management roles in NZ and overseas. In the UK she worked for a central London medical clinic as a project manager running a flu vaccination program – this involved the management of teams of nurses and corporate accounts (Apple UK, The London Stock exchange). Part of this role involved the facilities management of the clinic, which was situated in an old central London bank.

Shane has been in the building industry since for 20 years, initially an apprentice and then qualified as a builder, and Licensed Building Practitioner. He worked over the in UK for two years on mainly basement and loft conversions – but also has extensive knowledge & skills in building new residential homes and duplexes in NZ.

On their return from the UK, Shane and Kellie started their first spec build together and this is where their team passion for the building industry began and started to flourish. Kellie & Shane have been running MTP Waikato for the past 3 years and continue to enjoy helping their clients transform their homes. They are dynamic team with complementary skills, which continues to prove their expertise in the renovation market.

In their spare time Kellie & Shane are kept busy with their two young children, and also completing their own full house renovation on their lifestyle block in Te Kowhai.
